“We called Greg on Monday because our garbage disposal stop working – just before Thanksgiving. We didn’t actually get to connect before the Holiday but he did call to tell me he was going to be out of town and wouldn’t be able to get to us before the Holiday – which is ok and expected. But, he called us on Friday as a follow-up to his message and was able to troubleshoot the problem with my husband over the phone and it turned out to be something really simple and we were so excited that he took the time to call us back and talk us through the problem. This is what I call great service and he didn’t even have to make a house call! We will definitely use him in the future since we’re selling out home and have some other minor projects.”
